Marriage Supporters are volunteers commissioned by the Governor of Ibaraki Prefecture to provide marriage counseling
to those who wish to get married ・ to help them meet someone ・ to arrange a blind date.
The "MARRIAGE SUPPORTER REGIONAL ACTIVITY COUNCILS" in five areas of the prefecture (（ Prefectural North ・ Prefectural Central ・ Kagyo ・ Prefectural South ・ Prefectural West ）) regularly exchange information and plan marriage activity parties ・ and marriage counseling meetings ・ for those who wish to get married. The council regularly holds marriage activity parties and marriage counseling sessions .
